View PDF file >>In 2009, Massachusetts EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 511 established the formation of Massachusetts Employee Safety and Health Advisory Committee. The Executive Order states that by November 1, 2009, "each secretariat and where appropriate, each department, agency, and or division shall establish a joint labor management health and safety committee".
